Q. I have a keyboard but i need more sounds to use with the synthesizer. Since I dont have enough money to but a 4,000 dollor piano, i wanna use a cheap software to attach to my piano and run the audio from my piano, to the computer, chang the sound of it, and project it out of an amp. I need help!

How often should you treat a concrete countertop?
Q. We just moved into a new place with what appears to be a concrete countertop in the kitchen. Unfortunately it seems to stain very easily (I accidentally left a drop of mustard on the countertop for a few hours and now there is a yellow spot that won't come off). Does it need to be treated somehow, or re-sealed, or what? I've never dealt with concrete countertops before. Relax man we're just renting!

Q. I've tried everything and I can't get rid of my acne. I don't have health insurance because I've turned 19 and I only have a part-time job and am a part-time student. How much would it cost to go to a dermatologist and get a prescription? I live in Rochester MN with the Mayo Clinic so I will probably go there.

A. The dermatologist visit is usually around 60-100 dollars. A general practitioner can also prescribe acne medication, so if you have a health clinic on campus check out that option. If you dont have prescription insurance either, make sure that you ask for them to prescribe a medication that has a generic available. Brand name creams can easily be over $100 and only last about a month. A good one to ask for is Retin-A, its generic is Tretinoin.

Q. Its not wearing a short sleeve shirt with a long sleeve under it, its just 1 shirt. It looks like a regular short sleeve t-shirt, but has extended sleeves sewed onto the end of the short sleeves.

A. Leave the "I" out of it. Describe feelings rather than making it personal. Example: Churning slowly, mechanically lurching ever upward. Stopping near the top, waiting, inching,inching,at the top then plunging downward. Screams, loud, piercing the air... Hope this helps.
