Q. I read where a gay couple got married in Canada and the one partner is from Canada and other is a citizen of Brazil. They both moved back to Brazil and the one partner from Canada was granted Brazilian citizenship, because they had proff of being married in Canada. Is there any way to make a homemade door lock that opens from the inside and outside?
