Q. I served federal prison time twice and Louisiana State once and there is a big misunderstanding about how federal prisoners serve" sweet" time opposed to state. I will tell you now there is no conjugal visits in the feds and nobody is playing golf. At Maxwell Airforce Base which is a federal prison camp and one of the nicest according to inmates they are in charge of the up keep only. I get sick of hearing people say they had a friend or relative in the feds that played golf and got conjugal visits. It's just not true. To my understanding only a few states still allow conjugal visits does anyone know which ones they are?
