A. Unless you know them personally why would you bother? --- Okay I'm ugly catty and nasty... fair call. But seriously why would Mr & Mrs Ledger senior want to recieve condolences from someone they have never even heard of when their mailbox is probably already groaning with the same. Isn't the point of it to make the reciever feel better? Does the original poster send a nice letter to every random she reads about dieing? Maybe the mother of the local overdosed drug addict would get a warm glow to think someone cared, to the families of celebrities it must just be another piece of painful chaff to be sorted and disgarded.

A. A collector of addresses to sell to spammers would use the same twists as 'real wishes' appears to do and with bangles in that a chain letter is written into the rules for a wish to come true.

A. born yesterday. 38. Born Yesterday - Philip Larkin Tightly-folded bud, I have wished you something None of the others would: Not the usual stuff About being beautiful, Or running off a spring Of innocence and love - They will all wish you that, And should it prove possible, Well, you re a lucky girl. But if it shouldn t, then May you be ordinary; Have, like other women, An average of talents: Not ugly, not good-looking, Nothing uncustomary To pull you off your balance, That, unworkable itself, Stops all the rest from working. In fact, may you be dull - If that is what a skilled, Vigilant, flexible, Unemphasised, enthralled Catching of happiness is called.

Are the 3 US national networks legally required to broadcast the President if he wishes to address the nation?
Q. Are NBC, CBS and ABC legally required to broadcast a message from the President if he wishes to formally address the nation? I don't see why they wouldn't anyway, but I was just wondering if a legal provision exists that requires them to. It would make sense since they are the networks every American has free access to. On the other hand, the networks are privately owned, so the government technically can't have a say in what they broadcast... Unless there's some sort of a provision. If laws exist addressing this, does the same apply to radio?

What type of paperwork needs to be filed with family court if a child wishes to reside with other parent?
Q. My husband's daughter (age 13) has voiced that she no longer wishes to reside with her mother, instead she wants to live with her father. We want to know what type of petition is needed in family court so that we may begin the process. Any feedback is good feedback, thanks!
Asked by Jess - Wed Jan 30 09:07:03 2008 - - 1 Answers - 1 Comments

A. You would file a motion to modify custody. However, the wishes of the child are not necessarily determinative in every state, or at the age of 13. Children should have strong relationships with both parents absent neglect or abuse. You should consult a local family law attorney. Contact your state or local bar association. Dana (attorney/M.S. A. the total fencing: 2a+3b=1200. Let x=b ->a = (1200-3x)/2 let f(x) is the area f(x) = a*b (<- area of a rectangle) f(x) = x * [ (1200-3x)/2] find df(x)/dx = 600-3x. Set this equal 0. Find x Since x = b, you can find a interm of b. Dimensions are 200,and 300.

A. Your question has a good point but also it makes an "Anachronismos" (Anachronism) (Greek word meaning "move back and forth in time"). Let me explain. We certainly can not possibly apply modern ethics to an ancient time. We certainly can not judge a historical figure with modern Ethics. And we certainly can not apply ancient ethics to the modern word! We also need to know the circumstances that lead a person to the Great achievements. I provide an example: Alexander the Great was called Great not because he was a military genies and conqueror but because he accomplished certain things that were unique! He united for the first time the Greek states. He led Greece to a war against Persia which was the super power of its time! (It was as… [cont.]

Asked by In Truth there is Love - Sat Mar 1 00:13:18 2008 - - 12 Answers - 1 Comments

A. There is a theory that states that happiness and purpose go hand in hand. Purpose being the quality of reaching a goal. By this logic, if purpose is removed happiness is incomplete. So if a person suddenly got everything he ever wanted what goal would he have to pursue? How would his life have purpose? I think it is natural and good for people to experience a level of depravity in some areas, and I think that, ultimatley, it serves to make them happier. Short answer: Does Paris Hilton seem happy to you?

U will have to make diff characters under different personalities like a maniac one make sure u do his own personal goals and same when u make a character under the sleaze, power seeker and so on. Do all personal goals and the goals that pop up for u to lock in. If uve done something like bought a repair kit before u got the wish to do it it's ok once u get on a diff character u can fufill that goal on that one when it pops up. Don't do the goals even if u know what they are until they pop up to get locked in or they won't count. So far I've completed all goals it opens the pawn shop n u can get a car n have a job… [cont.]

A. By making it easy for him to do, for now, as he wishes. Clearly the gentleman is already under great pressure to do several divergent tasks away from the office. Divorce, acquisition of children on a full time basis, his desire to be a non-paid volunteer add up to a mind numbing, and probably unachievable, set of goals. It strikes me that beyond wanting to retain his services this is a person about whom you care. Giving him freedom now leaves the door open for his return later. He needs this time to discover what he believes he wants and then to discover that, in reality, he didn't want all of it. Offer to make a contribution-not necessarily monetary-to his volunteer position. Be interested in it, ask questions. Never let him become… [cont.]

I believe (but do not know) that the conditions of farm animlas in the UK have improved as a result of consumer pressure. This only can happen under capitalism.
